Terms of Service

These terms apply to every visit to Irisda and to every conversation held on it. Please read them before you begin.

1. These terms govern your use of Irisda and the conversations available on it. By opening a companion page you accept them in full.
2. Irisda is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are younger than 18, you must not use the service.
3. Every companion presented on Irisda is invented. Names, portraits and life details are fictional and do not describe any real individual.
4. Conversations are provided for company, entertainment and light storytelling only.
5. Nothing written by a companion is professional advice. Medical, legal, financial and psychological matters must be taken to a qualified professional.
6. You agree not to request explicit, violent or unlawful content. Companions will decline such requests.
7. You agree not to submit content that infringes the rights of others or that you have no right to share.
8. You are responsible for the information you choose to include in a conversation.
9. Do not share passwords, payment details, identity documents or the private data of other individuals in a chat.
10. Irisda may adjust, rename, pause or retire any companion at any time and without notice.
11. Availability is offered on a reasonable-effort basis. Interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons may occur.
12. Automated collection, scraping, bulk copying or resale of material from Irisda is not permitted.
13. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the service for weaknesses or interfere with its normal operation.
14. All written material, layout, artwork and companion personalities on Irisda remain the property of their respective owners.
15. You may quote short extracts for review or commentary with a clear reference back to Irisda.
16. Links to third-party destinations are provided for convenience. Their content and terms are their own responsibility.
17. Where a promotional destination is offered, any agreement you enter there is between you and that provider.
18. Irisda gives no warranty that a conversation will meet a particular expectation or produce a particular outcome.
19. To the extent permitted by law, Irisda is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
20. Your total remedy in connection with the service is to stop using it.
21. You agree to indemnify Irisda against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
22. Access may be restricted or withdrawn where these terms are broken.
23. These terms may be revised. The revised version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
24. If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply in full.
25. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
26. The English text of these terms prevails over any translation.
