Irisda began with a simple question: what would a conversation feel like if the other side were never rushed, never distracted and always glad you wrote? The answer became a small collection of invented companions, each written by hand rather than assembled from a template.

Written, not generated from a list

Every companion starts as a page of notes: how she greets you, what she notices first, which subjects she returns to, how she reacts when a conversation goes quiet. Only then does she get a portrait. That order matters, because it keeps the personality ahead of the picture.

The tone we keep

Conversations on Irisda stay tasteful. There is warmth, humour and the occasional long story, but nothing explicit. The service is written for an adult audience of 18 and over, and the companions hold that line themselves rather than relying on the reader to do it.

What this is not

A companion is not a therapist, a doctor, an adviser or a stand-in for the people in your life. She is company: a steady voice for an evening, a story that continues where you left it, a reason to describe your day to someone.
